Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Implement features and bug fixes based on requirements provided by senior engineers and tech leads. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. Use AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted debugging) to improve coding efficiency and quality. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability. Contribute to code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve codebases. Maintain and update technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications Solid experience in Java (Java 17+ preferred). Experience of Spring and Spring Boot. Experience with Hibernate / JPA. Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and basic exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Familiarity containers such as Docker and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS). Familiarity with GenAI practices, including prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc). Experience with version control (Git). Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
