Job Description Your Team You'll be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance group in Hyderabad. The team supports enterprise-wide finance operations. Collaboration spans across multiple finance functions - accounting, reporting, compliance, and transformation - with a strong focus on automation and standardization. It's a global, multicultural setup where you'll interact with stakeholders across geographies and business units. Your Role Partner with FP&A teams to understand business drivers influencing expenses, revenues, and AUM. Ensure timely completion of daily and monthly deliverables aligned with client expectations. Perform detailed variance analysis across business units, comparing budgets, forecasts, and prior actuals at the General Ledger level. Provide actionable insights and solutions for operational issues and process challenges. Lead training sessions for new hires and support knowledge transfer for client-driven projects. Drive transformation initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and simplification to enhance efficiency. Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials regularly. Independently manage client queries and ad-hoc requests with professionalism. Identify process gaps, communicate potential delays, and proactively align stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement projects under supervisor guidance. Design and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to enhance forecasting, anomaly detection, and variance analysis. Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to automate reporting, commentary generation, and financial insights. Integrate AI capabilities within tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL pipelines . Collaborate with technology and data teams to enable data readiness for AI use cases . Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and automation opportunities for FP&A processes. The experience you bring in Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach. Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Apps and Power BI for data analysis and visualization. Experience with Oracle or similar financial systems. Ability to manage deliverables and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in dynamic environments. Working knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering). Experience with Python/R for data analysis and model development . Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools Experience in AI integration with BI tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Skilled in leveraging automation and visualization tools to deliver insights. Attention to detail with a disciplined, structured work style. Resilient under pressure, able to deliver amid uncertainty and shifting priorities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning, upskilling, and mentoring in technical domains. Academic requirements Commerce graduates or MBA in Finance with development experience on technical tools. FP&A certification or fintech-related education is an added advantage. Alteryx designer core certification is must , power bi certification is an added advantage. Certification or coursework in Data Science, AI/ML, or Analytics (preferred). Exposure to Python, cloud-based analytics platforms is an added advantage.
