SaaS Implementation Manager

About the role

As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through post-launch support, you'll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration-ensuring they're set up for long-term success. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support go-lives to ensure successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire implementation lifecycle-from project planning to go-live
• Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
• Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
• Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
• Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively
• Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
• Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
• Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus but not required
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10-15%)
