At least 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within high-volume Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations environments. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices; IFRS 15 knowledge is a significant advantage. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills. Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision), Workday Financials, or FloQast is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to independently lead technical accounting implementations, system configurations, and process enhancements. Experience reviewing work, providing guidance, and supporting the development of less experienced team members. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting topics to both finance and non-finance audiences.
