From VPNs to password managers, threat intelligence to eSIMs for travel-our teams turn complex problems into solutions trusted by millions worldwide. Life is online. In this role, you'll help people own it. We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior AR Accountant to drive technical excellence and process unification within our revenue operations. In this role, you will take ownership of complex accounting treatments across global sales streams, independently lead process implementations and system configurations, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Alongside your hands-on accounting responsibilities, you will serve as a key point of reference for Mid-level accountants - reviewing their work, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a high-performing team culture across our group entities. Main Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records related to global sales, high-volume PSP reconciliations, cash-in-transit, and Accounts Receivable operations. Manage complex accounting treatments, including revenue deferrals, capitalized contract costs (CCC), promotional schemes, and revenue recognition activities. Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting of all AR-related transactions. Analyze accounting and revenue data, providing insights to support management decision-making and revenue control. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of revenue and sales data for group and statutory reporting requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing technical accounting expertise, documentation, and reconciliation analysis. Independently lead the setup, configuration, and implementation of accounting processes, including new billing channels, products, and deferral logic. Drive AR process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across group entities, including support for the Workday Financials transition. Develop and maintain SOPs, revenue controls, process documentation, and system-testing activities. Review accounting work, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and support business initiatives. Core Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, IT, or a related field. At least 4 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within high-volume Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations environments. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices; IFRS 15 knowledge is a significant advantage. Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis skills. Experience with or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision), Workday Financials, or FloQast is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to independently lead technical accounting implementations, system configurations, and process enhancements. Experience reviewing work, providing guidance, and supporting the development of less experienced team members. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting topics to both finance and non-finance audiences. Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable professional capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
