QC Inspector

About the role

Job description - Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections based on inspection plans and technical requirements. - Record and analyze measurement results, highlighting abnormalities for escalation. - Identify and control non-conforming products and support corrective actions. - Monitor calibration status and ensure all measuring equipment is valid and fit for use. - Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with applicable standards - Assist engineers, support audits, and coordinate quality-related issues with departments - Participate in improvement activities and provide feedback on recurring issues. - Maintain equipment, ensure proper handling of tools, and perform assigned duties. - Work in both office and production environments with adherence to safety requirements Job requirements - Minimum GCE O/A Level or NTC, with technical qualification in Engineering or Quality related field preferred. - Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a Quality role within a plastic injection moulding environment. - Experience in inspection, measurement, and quality control processes is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T) is an advantage. - Familiar with measurement equipment (e.g. CMM, Keyence, Smart Scope, vision system, caliper, micrometer).
