Requirements
- You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a master's degree, or no experience required with a PhD. Relevant experience can be:

- Managing performance and building effective teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- -4+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
