Requirements

  • You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
  • 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a master's degree, or no experience required with a PhD. Relevant experience can be:
  • Focus on driving operational improvements.
  • Managing performance and building effective teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • -4+ years of experience in any of the following:
  • Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
  • Developing the capabilities of diverse teams and fostering an inclusive, innovative culture.
  • Track record of handling complex manufacturing challenges and delivering on key operational indicators.
