About the role
The role is responsible for maintaining high commercial effectiveness, ensuring the integrity of CRM data, and delivering accurate and reliable reporting across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Through close collaboration with supporting departments, this role provides ongoing support to the Global Sales & Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and local Commercial teams. Your key duties and responsibilities as a Data Analyst: Sales Force Effectiveness & Reporting End‑to‑end processing and reporting of Slovakia and Czech Republic IMS data, including price list updates, data structure changes, recalculations, and analytical insights. Preparation, validation, and distribution of regular and ad‑hoc commercial reports for Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, GMS CoE and Global stakeholders. Preparation of timely reporting to support bonus calculations and performance monitoring, including ad‑hoc support where required. Support of the target‑setting process. Bonus calculations. Optimization of sales representatives' activity allocation through CRM data analysis, including dashboard setup as required. Championing appropriate and consistent use of CRM data and fields, ensuring clarity between activities performed and reporting outputs. Segmentation and targeting support. CRM & Data Management Support Ownership of CRM data quality for Slovakia and the Czech Republic, including: Acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for GMS CoE and Commercial teams, supporting business decisions through data and insights, and ensuring CRM alignment with local operating model requirements. Performing regular data quality checks and providing feedback and reports to sales representatives and managers. Keeping training materials up to date for Commercial teams, both for onboarding and ongoing training. Ensuring CRM data meets minimum quality requirements (data completeness and adherence to Commercial tier definitions). Implementing CRM data updates, enhancements, testing, and data cleansing activities, including quarterly user validations. Managing service desk interactions related to CRM issues and improvement initiatives. Resolving CRM‑related issues (e.g., lead handling, user support). Supporting onboarding of new representatives to ensure system readiness and a smooth start. Maintaining up‑to‑date procedural documentation to ensure coverage of this critical role during periods of absence. Projects & Continuous Improvement Participation in and support of both global and local projects. Engagement in self‑development activities to improve performance, tools, and processes. Identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting standards. Training & Administration Support of compliance‑related activities and administrative requirements. Participation in sales meetings, global meetings and other required forums, including preparation and travel where applicable. About you: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and insights. High level of attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership. Strong business partnering mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented "can‑do" attitude. Clear and effective communication skills when working with both local and global stakeholders. Education/Qualifications: Senior analyst with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency Knowledge of VBA or databases is an advantage.
