Commercial Account Manager - The Role: We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team and take ownership of the commercial relationships across a portfolio of Airship and Toggle customers. You'll be responsible for renewals, upsells, and keeping customers invested in their partnership with us - while working closely with the wider team to ensure they're getting real value from our platforms. This is a role for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and excited about the opportunity to use AI tools to work smarter - not just harder. Commercial Account Manager - What you'll do: - Own and manage the full renewal cycle for your customer portfolio, identifying risks early and developing mitigation strategies - Negotiate commercial terms confidently while balancing customer needs with business objectives - Proactively identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities through tailored proposals - Maintain accurate pipeline visibility in Pipedrive and report regularly on ARR, NRR, churn risk, and expansion revenue - Actively seek out and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and move faster without sacrificing quality Commercial Account Manager -You: - Demonstrable experience in account management, sales, or commercially-focused customer success - Confident negotiator comfortable discussing contract renewals and commercial terms - Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly - Highly organised with the ability to manage a large portfolio and prioritise competing demands - AI-curious and proactive, actively exploring new tools to work smarter
