- Strong consulting mindset with ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Ability to present value and ROI clearly to clients
- Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English professional proficiency (Japanese is a plus)
- Preferred
- Background in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation projects
- Experience working with enterprise or Japanese clients is an advantage
