Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Retails/Entertainment clients

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution delivery
  • Exposure to Retail or Entertainment industry (e.g., omni-channel, customer experience, operations)
  • Strong consulting mindset with ability to translate business needs into solutions
  • Ability to present value and ROI clearly to clients
  • Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English professional proficiency (Japanese is a plus)
  • Preferred
  • Background in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation projects
  • Experience working with enterprise or Japanese clients is an advantage
