We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The successful candidate will lead a global, cross functional initiative to onboard previously unmanaged applications. The role demands strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and regular reporting to direct & senior leadership. Manage the end-to-end onboarding of applications into the IGA tool Track progress and ensure reconciliation compliance Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards Coordinate with CTO stakeholders to ensure automation timelines are met Provide guidance on IAM topics (RBAC, provisioning, reconciliation, etc.) Ensure alignment with Group and CIB standards Build strong relationships with business, IT, and security teams Lead status meetings, steering committees, and progress updates Identify risks/issues and drive resolution Escalate critical blockers with proposed solutions Create dashboards, KPIs, and progress reports Act as liaison between global and regional IAM teams 10+ years of experience leading large scale, global IT projects (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred) Proven track record delivering IAM/IGA initiatives on time and within budget 5+ years of hands on experience with IAM/IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Governance, Oracle Identity Governance) Deep understanding of application onboarding, access reconciliation, entitlement certification, role mining, and segregation of duties Experience with reporting/visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for KPI dashboards PowerBI English - B2+
