Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor based in Dublin. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's EHS Management System on the project Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred) 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles Previous construction experience preferred Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively As a permanent employee of John Paul Construction, you will benefit from: Competitive salary Company vehicle or travel allowance Relocation allowance (where applicable) Company laptop and phone Pension Life insurance and income protection Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club, and more We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
