Clinical Educator

Requirements

• You're a confident clinician and educator who enjoys developing others and influencing practice across teams.
• You'll bring:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 5+ years' clinical experience in aged care or a related health setting
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Experience delivering clinical education or training to adult learners
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach

Your Opportunity Full-Time - 12 Month Contract (Potential to extend) - Macquarie Park (Hybrid) As a Clinical Educator, you'll play a key role in building the knowledge, skills and capability of nursing and care teams across our Seniors Communities. Working closely with Learning & Development, Quality and operational leaders, you'll deliver practical, evidence‑based training that supports strong clinical outcomes and compliance with aged care standards. In this role, you will: Deliver engaging clinical education and training to nursing and care staff Support onboarding and competency‑based training for new staff Ensure education aligns with aged care standards, compliance and best practice Maintain accurate training records and support audit requirements Evaluate training programs and identify improvement opportunities Support implementation of new clinical policies through education and coaching Build strong relationships with stakeholders across clinical, L&D and operations teams Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety and clinical excellence
