About the role

This leader will develop standardized tools and dashboards, monitor compliance risks, and support audit readiness while mentoring analysts and fostering high-quality execution. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders and advance transparent, compliant, and efficient provider compensation programs.
