The delivery care model is Team and Total Care Nursing. You will provide high quality care to patients and their families based on the philosophy and conceptual framework of Nursing at Scarborough Health Network. Contributes to creating a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and others, working in compliance with the hospital code of conduct and the provisions of health and safety policies and legislation. Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) and promotes a safe work environment. In this role you will engage in ethical conduct and strive to understand and appreciate the diversity of our patient population and workforce. You may be scheduled at the General or Birchmount campus based on departmental needs.
