Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
• Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track performance
• Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
• Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
• Execute all company's clinic assistant related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
• Plan and execute referral scheme between different healthcare partners.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field
• Min Diploma / Degree in any field
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
• Communication skills with customer service orientation
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details
• Works well independently and has strong operational skills
• Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills
