Responsibilities

  • a) Liaise with Project and Operations Manager for work scheduling and site arrangement.
  • b) Assume roles and responsibilities as Project Engineer and/or Coordinator for assigned projects.

  • n) Implement and uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and requirements.
  • o) Educate, interpret, and ensure compliance of WSH standards among site workers.
  • p) Conduct site briefings and training for site supervisors.
  • q) Evaluate site supervisor and worker performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Higher NITEC, ITE, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Relevant experience in site coordination, engineering, or supervisory roles
  • Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and site operations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
