Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Identity Cybersecurity Strategist who views identity through the lens of a Cybersecurity Architect . This is not a legal or compliance role; it is a high-level technical position with a strong focus on business interaction . In this role, you will be the point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and discovery phases. You will bridge the gap between business risk and technical security by designing the "North Star" for our clients' identity ecosystems, justifying technical investments, and ensuring that the proposed solution is both scalable and resilient against modern threats. ๐ฏ Key Responsibilities Pre-sales & Business Interaction: Act as the technical expert during the sales cycle. You will lead client workshops, define project scopes, and present technical solutions to stakeholders to secure "buy-in." Technical Roadmap Design: Architect long-term technical visions for AM , IGA , and PAM that prioritize threat reduction and align with the client's business goals. Architecture Advisory: Lead the technical evaluation and selection of enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk ), ensuring they integrate seamlessly into a wider security stack. Zero Trust Strategy: Define the technical standards for Conditional Access , Risk-Based Authentication , and Micro-segmentation at the identity layer. Protocol & Standard Selection: Determine the strategic adoption of technical standards such as OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, and OAuth2 to solve complex authentication challenges. Technical Risk Mitigation: Translate business requirements into technical security controls that protect against credential stuffing, account takeovers, and lateral movement. ๐ Qualifications & Skills Education: Master's degree in Computer Science , Cybersecurity , or a technical Engineering field. Experience: 5+ years in Cybersecurity Strategy or IAM Architecture . You must have a background in technical implementation and experience in pre-sales or client-facing advisory. Technical Prowess: Deep understanding of identity protocols and how they are exploited by attackers. You should be able to discuss Token Exchange and JIT Provisioning with the same ease as a business roadmap. Security Frameworks: Practical application of NIST 800-63 or ISO 27001 from a technical control perspective. Languages: Trilingual proficiency is required: Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Dutch, and French . Communication: Exceptional ability to "sell" technical security concepts to C-level stakeholders by highlighting reduced attack surfaces and improved system resilience. Certifications: Highly valued: CISSP , CCSP , or Lead Architect certifications from major IAM vendors. #techies in our minds, #creatives in our hearts, #change in our DNA. ๐ What We Offer A highly strategic role within the team with massive autonomy to shape a growing security community. Comprehensive investment in your professional growth with unrestricted access to premium certifications, sandbox environments, and tier-1 partner events. Highly competitive remuneration package including standard consulting perks (premium car configurations, health insurance, and performance-driven incentives). A flexible, hybrid work model balancing remote productivity with collaborative office sessions.
