Marketing Consultant

About the role

As our Marketing Consultant, you will contribute your expertise to the management and execution of marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, events, and assets. Reporting to the marketing operations manager, we are looking for an experienced marketing consultant who has the ambition to manage and multitask while meeting project deadlines. You will specialize in the expertise of owning and implementing marketing programs while collaborating and communicating with internal and external business partners. A leader and self-starter, you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. You are diligent in campaign management by following a project plan task list, ensuring successful delivery on all aspects of each project, including quality marketing materials and timely execution of each task. What will you do? Develop, plan, and execute marketing plans and tactics while working well with internal teams and business partners. Collaborate with internal team of designers, writers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launch of digital marketing campaigns. Maintain and continuously improve processes to ensure consistently high quality of marketing deliverables, coordinating internal service providers and external vendors supporting projects as required. Measure effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics. What do you need to succeed? Minimum 3-5 years' experience in marketing project management. Post-secondary education in marketing, or related field or relevant work experience You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team focused organization 3-5 years' experience creating and executing marketing programs as part of collaborative team Proven ability in creating successful workback schedules while meeting numerous deadlines You thrive on small details and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously while linking them all together. Ability to identify opportunities to link projects, initiatives or promotions together Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization Ability to embrace change and adapt to constantly evolving business priorities A proven track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships Preferred Skills: Wrike Platform experience Understanding of social media platforms, including advertising, and how they support other digital marketing efforts Sound understanding of the principles of digital marketing compliance such as CASL and AODA What's in it for you?
