Senior Associate Engineer / Associate Engineer - Test Equipment

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project management on new equipment buyoff, installation and associated activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers to drive for equipment efficiency and process improvement.
• Work closely with PM team in establishment of effective PM system for continuous sustenance of machine and spare inventory.
• Identify and close gaps between different working level or parties within the company.
• Develop expertise to improve the assigned equipment platform, maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any Engineering field with relevant hands-on experience.
• Knowledge and experience in handler models (Epson/Hontech-Logic/ATC/SLT/Matrix/MT9510/Castle/Chroma) will be an added advantage.
• Possess strong mechanical / electronics / electrical knowledge and interest.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logical analysis / thinking and possess strong motivation to hone hands-on technical skills.
