Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms
• Participate in research initiatives to explore novel approaches in NLP and machine learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products
• Catch up with the latest advancements in NLP and ML, applying new techniques to improve our technology

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Expertise in various NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and machine translation
• Experience with deep learning architectures like Transformers, BERT, and GPT
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with other data types like image, audio, video and so on.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
