The TAY Health and Wellness Center is located at: 888 Post Street, San Francisco, CA Position Summary: The TAY HWC Program Navigator exemplifies and models GLIDE's mission and values, builds respectful rapport with program participants, and safely guides and connects participants to the Center's resources, services, and other support staff to achieve relief, safety, and wellness. The Navigator serve as hosts for the Center - guiding participants through the various resources available at the Center such as showers, lockers, pantry, grooming services, clothing, laundry access, wifi access, etc. The Navigator is a critical connector linking participants to case managers, job development specialists, housing specialists, and other community partners who are providing critical services onsite. The Navigator is also responsible for performing regular wellness checks to ensure the safety of participants while onsite. Work Environment GLIDE's buildings are located in the Tenderloin neighborhood. GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.
