Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in global logistics and supply chain operations
  • 5+ years of direct people leadership experience within manufacturing or consumer goods industries.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align operations at executive levels.
  • Expertise in US Duty Drawback programs, with proven hands-on experience in manufacturing substitution for complex, multi-tiered BOMs; track record of achieving multimillion-dollar operational recoveries.
  • Strong operational knowledge of international shipping practices, Incoterms, HS classifications, and supply chain tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume, time-sensitive logistics for consumer electronics, including components and finished goods across diverse markets.
  • Proven leadership in building and motivating global teams and third-party networks, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Analytical and metrics-oriented mindset; experience driving performance through data analytics and process improvements.

This role is pivotal in delivering cost-effective, agile, and scalable operations across our complex global network to 155 and growing countries, territories and jurisdictions where Starlink equipment and services are shipped and sold. As Starlink equipment is manufactured in the US, the ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in US Duty Drawback programs-particularly manufacturing substitutions for extensive Bills of Materials (BOMs)-to unlock operational cost savings and enhance efficiency in our high-volume trade flows.
