Key Roles and Responsibilities Shape and contribute to product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. Articulates and communicates the product vision effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to the product's direction. Embodies Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices and leads Agile ceremonies to drive product development. Translates the product roadmap into actionable product features and user stories, ensuring that the backlog is well-defined and aligned with strategic objectives. Translates complex product requirements, for example from the area of "Car Analytics", into logical and comprehensible work packages. Balances business priorities, user needs and technical feasibility to prioritize the product backlog. Continuously aligns iterations and product direction with business objectives, ensuring that the product delivers business value and meets market demands. Manages feature dependencies and orchestrates product releases. Controls the quality of the resulting data products and communicates deviations and improvements to the team and other stakeholders. Acts as a Go-To person for business and technical questions and decisions of the team and for other stakeholders. Collaborate closely with data engineering, analytics, privacy, and security teams to design and implement robust solutions that can accurately link customer identifiers across various journeys and devices. Professional Exposure 3+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles, with a strong focus on backlog management, product vision, business and technical requirements definition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate them into product requirements. Experience in developing and maintaining roadmaps, writing PRDs and working in an Agile development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodology, using Jira and Confluence in day-to-day work (plus other relevant processes such as PI Planning, etc.) Ensure the successful implementation of core technical products that enhance the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) flow. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex data integration and security concepts with the technical team and stakeholders. Have a deep understanding of different programming languages, development patterns and practices. Familiar with data privacy regulations and their implications for identity management. Familiar with relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the automotive and technology sectors. Good understanding of the connected vehicle ecosystem, including security protocols and standards. Experience working with APIs and integrating software applications with vehicle systems. Familiar with software delivery platforms, continuous integration and deployment tools and Azure basic services (such as but not limited to GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.). Good understanding of basic architectural concepts, database structures and system integration. Proficiency in using analytics tools (such as but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to gather insights and improve the product based on user feedback and data.
