At ING we are looking for Compliance business expert Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Compliance business expert to join our Mortgage Team of Home Tribe in a squad that can help us develop new customer/product features and legal initiatives focused on Mortgage workflow Your key responsibilities: As Compliance business exper t in Safe and Secure you will: Be responsible for understanding the current mortgage workflow in order to: Implement new business functionalities in the current mortgage application flow. Modify existing functionalities to comply with legal regulations. Find the right balance between implementing improvements and implementation costs in a workflow that is being phased out. Understand legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements. Manage asset maintenance by coordinating and prioritizing day-to-day incidents. Provide clear delivery timelines aligned with legal and audit deadlines. Coordinate follow-up on the asset's different issues, driving progress and implementation within the tribe. Support PO to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth linked to mortgages and pursuing for innovative solutions Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation. Have a clear understanding of IT framework in ING and be acquainted with technology development. Be an expert of your product & service prioritizing on value delivered for our customers in short cycles, defining a first MVP and improving with the feedback gathered Be able to support complex and demanding environment, setting clear roadmaps and solving impediments What are we looking for? Giving and asking for constructive feedback By fulfilling the Compliance Business Expert role: Master or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product design. Capability of translating business needs into delivery requirements, proven experience working with IT. Proven ability to prioritise and deliver technology solutions in complex, agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and negotiate priorities. Deep problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, can-do attitude to overcome delivery challenges. Experience in the mortgages or financial services domain, ideally with knowledge of credit operations. Passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing customer and operational outcomes.
