- Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and HR partners.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading instructor-led and virtual learning experiences.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- AI Experience (Required)
- Demonstrated proficiency using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience incorporating AI into personal workflows, learning design, content development, or employee enablement.
- Ability to teach practical AI use cases to non-technical audiences.
