Additional Information

Girls Who Code is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Programs Marketer to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our programs and a new tech learning platform. This role will play a critical part in helping create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to support student and facilitator recruitment across our programs. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing and Programs, this role will develop and execute integrated campaigns that amplify key programs, strengthen brand visibility, and build a vibrant digital community that supports the next generation of women, girls, and nonbinary individuals in technology. The ideal candidate brings a blend of growth marketing expertise, community engagement strategy, and strong collaboration skills, with a passion for using technology and storytelling to expand access and opportunity in tech. This role will be a member of the Marketing and Communications team and report to the Senior Director, Marketing.
