Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic individuals to grow with us and to continue building relationships with our valued customers. As a Relationship Manager, your Key Responsibilities include: 1. Client Acquisition Identify and onboard new corporate customers seeking business financing. 2. Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with clients -understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Advisory Guide businesses through loan applications, structuring, and approvals. 4. Portfolio Growth Achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing the portfolio's profitability through cross-selling and referrals. 5. Stakeholder Management Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years' experience in corporate financing.
• Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
• Good industry network and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter and team player
• Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
