About the role
SUMMARY OF JOB: This position has 2 key parts: Developing Semicon segment with One Schneider approach and handle Key accounts as KAM. Semiconductor Segment: This position is responsible for growing and sustaining the Semicon segment business. It involves all elements like developing the relationship with growing community of Semicon customers. Prescribing all SE Equipments, solutions and Ecostruxure platforms and become trusted advisor. Supporting the National Sales and BU sales team with their opportunity management. Support them in winning the orders. Give direction to their sales team, provide enough sales tools, engage and utilize SE BD team for stickiness. Key Account Management: This position is responsible for understanding Key account's procurement behaviour, demand generation with SE specification and closing the deals following SE processes. This position works with the following key internal parties: Business development teams of all divisions. Product marketing. Bid, Order management and Execution team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: % of Time Description of Essential Functions 40% - Identifications of business opportunities. - Developing and executing business plans for the allocated activity. - Understanding of customers needs by working with internal teams and gathering of information from external sources including directly working with customers and partners - Driving the business plans with the regional team. - Diligently tracking results and progress of business plans 40% - Tracking business closely and monitor progress Vs business plans - Joint funnel management. - Increase market share of SE and improve extraction per opportunity 20% - KAM, Compliance to SE Sales processes, bFO management, Visit planning. EDUCATION - MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Engineering only) EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED: At least 5 years working experience in this segment preferably related to Sales, Business Development, Business Management. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED: Possess: Take risks and Innovate Influence and Convince Market Segmentation and Customer targeting Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong Presentation skills especially with wider audience Excellent training and coaching skills Strong time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with senior managers and Executives TRAVEL: This role will need travel for approximately 30 to 40% of the time OTHER KEY CONSIDERATIONS : Results-oriented Possess: "Whatever it takes" attitude Desire to make an impact Ability to build relationships Ability Competency Level: 1: Individual Contributor X 2: Front Line Manager 3: CGM / Snr Manager / Regional Manager / Local Director 4: VP / WW Director / General Managers / Regional Director 5: SVP / EVP / (CFO, CIO, CMO, etc.)
