You will be responsible for the technical delivery of both virtual and in-person events, digital platform builds, and post-production editing across the event portfolio. This is primarily a remote role, with events running approximately 1-3 times per month during the active season (February-June and September-December). At in-person events you will operate as a supporting technician to the Technical Production Lead, taking ownership of specific rooms or technical setups. Virtual events you will run independently from production to delivery. The role will suit someone who gets genuine satisfaction from taking a project from first brief through to final delivery - someone who cares about the quality of the output at every stage. The technical side is central, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about camera systems, NDI workflows, broadcast production, and the digital platforms that sit around them. The kind of person who enjoys the details of how things work, not just whether they work. Day to day you will manage your own workload with a high degree of independence, you will be trusted to own your responsibilities, manage your time, and flag when something genuinely needs input. This is also a genuinely unusual position. The technical expertise this role requires is almost always sourced from AV vendors on a project-by-project basis. This is an opportunity to bring that capability in-house permanently, building deep knowledge of our events, our platforms, and our standards in a way that a freelance or vendor relationship cannot replicate.
