- Collaborate across Departments - Work closely with different teams to enhance institutional policies and ensure consistent quality standards
- Monitor Corrective Actions - Verify that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and sustaines
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ATO; ERF; Edutrust Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of ATO; ERF; Edutrust certification principles and quality assurance frameworks
- Experience in auditing and process improvements within an educational institution or similar environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills ; with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills , attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple task effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
- ACTA / ACLP and DACE / DDDLP qualifications will be advantageous
- PDPC Certified qualifications will be advantageous
