  • Pay Range: $130,000 - $155,000 base + sales incentive plan
  • All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
  • Variable Compensation: The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.

Primary Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of core and specialty sales reps and account managers across LA County. Drive strategy and execution for regional sales goals, performance plans, and revenue growth targets. Launch and scale new products and diagnostic innovations - turning complex offerings into clear, compelling value for our clients. Foster a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within your team. Engage with top-tier clients, including physicians, clinics, and C-suite stakeholders, cultivating meaningful relationships that drive long-term loyalty. Serve as a cross-functional connector, aligning your team's efforts with lab operations, marketing, and corporate strategy. Develop future leaders by hiring, mentoring, and coaching top talent, while constantly elevating your own leadership toolkit.
