Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Understanding of equipment utilization and allocation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Tanker industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT and applicable federal regulations preferred
  • Experience with TMW Ops or similar transportation management systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Work environment and physical requirements
  • This position works primarily in an indoor office environment. The role involves mostly sitting, some walking, minimal lifting up to 20 pounds, and the ability to speak, hear, and see clearly for the responsibilities of the job.
