Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Contract & Pathology Services Specialist to join our team. Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET with three in‑office days in Burlington, NC and two remote workdays per week supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Job Responsibilities Contract Management & Administration: Draft, review, and negotiate standard pathology services contracts Manage contract lifecycle activities including execution, tracking, and compliance Review contract redlines and escalate deviations Secure contract signatures and distribute agreements Pathology Services & Stakeholder Support: Serve as liaison between Labcorp and contracted pathologists Address inquiries related to contracts, payments, and credentialing Legal & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Law Department for contract review and interpretation Coordinate with internal teams on contract requirements Bid & Proposal Support: Assist in RFP/RFQ responses as related to pathology Operations & Issue Resolution: Research and resolve issues using internal systems Participate in due diligence and improvement initiatives
