  • What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets, complemented by a strong background in the digital/software business and sales domain.
  • Strong background in Grid Automation/Services or relevant industrial sectors, including power generation and oil and gas.
  • Ability to travel and valid work authorization in the EU.
  • Fluent in English.

Let's Talk about the Role The Asset Management Europe Digital Sales and Business Development Manager reports to the Global Sales Leader for Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of APM (Asset Performance Management) and DvM (Diagnostic & Monitoring) business across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), working in close coordination with the Grid Automation Sales Director and regional sales teams. You will be accountable for expanding the Asset Management pipeline, achieving sales targets, and executing the regional Go-to-Market strategy. You will be supported by the central Asset Management team for subject matter expertise, software architecture, product demonstrations, and tendering support.
