Responsibilities
- Event Speaking Engagement Coordination: Managing a running list of EVP's engagements and works closely with communications team to ensure content needs are understood and set in motion so the EVP is prepared for each engagement.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in administrative environment and at least 4 years supporting at the SVP level or above
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in planning meetings and coordinating travel.
- Ability to navigate web and email with high competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of Executive/Senior staff and clients.
- Advanced desktop calendar management program experience.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Past work experience in the high-tech industry
- Proven experience in a highly confidential environment
