About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI-driven workplace productivity transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot deployments and enterprise change management within the banking sector, ensuring successful adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibilities Lead AI transformation initiatives focused on workplace productivity and enterprise adoption Manage Microsoft Copilot deployments including implementation, governance, and change management strategies Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and vendors Oversee project planning, risk management, and reporting to ensure delivery excellence Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance frameworks in banking environments Promote user adoption through effective communication, training, and productivity enablement Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline 6+ years of Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services Experience managing Microsoft Copilot implementation, adoption, governance, and business transformation initiatives Excellent understanding of Generative AI, M365 ecosystem, security, compliance, and user adoption strategies Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders Solid project planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Interested candidates may send in their resume and cover letter directly to hibah.bakhtavar@manpower.com.sg Hibah Bakhtavar | EA License No. 02C3423 | Personnel Registration No. R21103109
