Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management and/or inspection for civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in drainage, stormwater, or water/wastewater systems
  • Experience working on public agency projects (municipal, state, or federal) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage field teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with contract administration, scheduling, and cost control practices
  • Experience with construction documentation systems and reporting tools
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of construction safety standards preferred

  • The expected salary range for this role in the Mid-Atlantic Region is $75 - $95 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
