Position Summary The Outside Sales Engineer is responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts across the commercial HVAC market, with a focus on customer-driven, project-based solutions. This role supports contractors, engineers, architects, and end users by identifying project needs, recommending technical solutions, and managing opportunities from early design through completion. While the role serves a broad commercial customer base, it includes a specialization in kitchen ventilation and restaurant HVAC systems. The Outside Sales Engineer is responsible for the following job duties: Selling Distribution Products to select accounts Promoting the kitchen product lines we represent and the company name. Assisting customers with their operational objectives by advising on proper application and selection of equipment Provide technical support on our product lines Develop and maintain solid working relationships through verbal and written correspondence with customers and the manufacturers we represent Periodic travel for training, industry meetings and customer entertainment
