F or our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join us as Sensory Expert (all genders). YOUR MISSION Responsibility for the design, execution, and continuous development of sensory programs in close collaboration with R&D/NPD, Ingredient Portfolio, and Flavor & Applications teams Sensory evaluation of ingredients and products, definition of flavor profiles, and active contribution to application and flavor evaluations Maintenance and further development of sensory data, descriptors, lexicons, and flavor libraries across teams and regions Analysis, interpretation, and communication of sensory results to relevant stakeholders, with continuous expansion of flavor and category expertise YOUR BACKGROUND Completed university degree in Food Science, Nutritional Science, or a comparable field Several years of industry experience in the food, flavor, or fragrance environment with a strong focus on sensory evaluation Experience in conducting sensory tests and excellent written and verbal communication skills Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage Independent, structured, and accurate working style with strong organizational skills, intercultural openness, and the ability to perform well under pressure Strong project management skills, particularly in virtual and cross-functional projects Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages (especially German) are a plus YOUR BENEFITS AT AUSTRIA JUICE An extremely collegial team and a great working atmosphere As part of an international group, we guarantee job security and development prospects Home-office possibility Job bike leasing Public transport ticket subsidy Childcare allowance Financial support for lunch from the employer We are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position (collective agreement food industry, beverages , group IV/after 2. year 3.565,78) - we will discuss the actual payment together CONTACT Romana FRANK | Teamleader of HR Find out more about AUSTRIA JUICE and also visit us on LinkedIn .
