About the role

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability in the construction sector. Develop and implement business strategies, corporate policies, and operational plans to achieve organizational objectives. Oversee all business functions, including project management, business development, finance, human resources, and compliance.
