Job Description Title: Contracts and Customer Data Coordinator Pioneer the next generation of innovation. Position Summary: Responsible for managing contracts, customer master data, and compliance processes across North and Latin America. Acts as a coordinator between legal, contract management, and global customer data teams while supporting distributor network initiatives and cross-functional projects. Ensures accurate documentation, process adherence, and alignment with company policies, ethics, and business objectives. Key Accountabilities: Ensure sales contracts and frame agreements are updated and valid Maintain the internal contract database Updated and maintain customer master data in SAP Regional liaison to the network legal team Regional support for the contract management team Regional representative on the global customer master team Ensure contractual documents (or relevant information) are communicated and retained as required Create, develop and comply with local work instructions Maintain training material Engage in strategic campaigns and initiatives to manage Distributor Network in North and Latin America Participate in cross-functional projects with Network(Strategy), Marketing, Finance and Technical Teams Prepare presentations for Senior Leadership Support and execute project work assigned to the Network & Distribution Team Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality Maintain professional relationships with company employees, clients and customers, both internal and external Represent the company professionally in all interactions both internally and externally Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code Of Conduct. Basic Requirements: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales and 3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, project management, service operations; or 7 years of experience in related fields
