About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager - Sales & Use to join our growing State & Local Tax (SALT) practice. As a key member of the SALT team, you will lead engagements, mentor staff, and provide technical guidance on multi-state sales and use tax matters across a diverse client base. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • CPA, JD, or MST (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax, with a focus on SALT / Sales & Use Tax
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state indirect tax regulations and compliance
  • Proven experience managing engagements and supervising staff
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly
  • Experience with tax research tools and compliance software
