Job Description: 1. Develop Technical Expertise: - Develop technical knowledge of in-house manufacturing processes, products features, benefits and materials to effectively promote Micro-Mechanics products - Stay updated on industry advancements and product innovations to remain competitive in the market 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their business model, operational needs and pain points - Serve as primary point of contact for customers, offering customized solutions and addressing inquiries regarding product specifications, applications, and sales related matters in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout entire sales process by proactively following up and addressing concerns promptly - Act as an escalation point for any complex or unresolved customer inquiries or quality issues, ensuring that issues are promptly addressed and resolved at the managerial level - Advocate for customers within organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and managed 3.
