Takeoff with your next opportunity As a Base Administrator you will provide day-to-day operational, and people support to the Regional Manager and Cabin Crew Development Managers across New South Wales and Western Australia. You'll act as the first point of contact for Cabin Crew queries, responding in a timely and effective manner and escalating issues to the base leadership team when appropriate. Your role includes ordering stationery, equipment, and supplies across all ports to maintain safety standards, as well as providing varied administrative support as directed. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, assist in checking course compliance, and contribute to approval processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth base operations and supporting the wellbeing and efficiency of our Cabin Crew. You'll have: Proven experience in office administration or similar support roles Airline or airports experience is desirable Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the business Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability build trusted relationships with diverse teams High attention to detail, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills A sound understanding of industrial agreements, ideally including Cabin Crew EBAs Confidence to work autonomously and proactive solve problems Comfort supporting compliance checks and approval processes Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Workday, and Power BI The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while staying positive and solutions‑focused Your life at Jetstar is unlike any other Live the travel dream: You and your nominated travel companions can takeoff more with our famous Qantas Group Staff Travel discount.
