ESG Reporting Manager

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, you'll be the company's lead for ESG reporting, working across finance, operations, engineering, and community engagement. You'll design systems, ensure compliance, and tell our ESG story with accuracy, transparency, and impact. This is a unique opportunity to join at the build stage-when your influence will shape the long-term sustainability foundation of a fast-growing company. This role will design and implement our reporting systems from the ground up, ensuring future readiness for investor and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or environmental & social performance, ideally in telecom, infrastructure, or adjacent industries
• Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, IFC Performance Standards and other ESG frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ISO 14001 audits and compliance
• Track record of engaging stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills-able to translate ESG data for technical, executive, and external audiences
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills - able to work effectively with diverse teams, and adapt communication styles across cultural contexts
