This role The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the progressive development of each point of sale to achieve expected productivity, building and nurturing robust relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Analyzes sales reports in order to develop strategies that meet through a sales team which leads, identifies issues affecting sales performance, and swiftly implements solutions in collaboration with internal teams. This position will report to the Head of Commercial and you will have a huge opportunity to build the local commercial team environment. You will use your strong PayJoy product and commercial expertise to accelerate PayJoy's growth.
