Responsibilities
- Support M&A tax diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Participate in and help run client and target management calls focused on tax diligence topics
- Perform analysis of U.S. federal and state tax implications in transactions
- Assist in preparing tax diligence reports and internal/client-facing deliverables
- Build and support transaction tax models.

Requirements
- CPA or JD/LLM
- 2-3+ years of experience in: M&A tax advisory
- Transaction tax diligence
- Public accounting or equivalent advisory environment
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
