Fortitude mines Bitcoin and other digital assets with its own fleet of machines, which is operated across various geographies in the United States. br> br>Fortitude Mining s Bitcoin fleet of miners in on par with the best capitalized public miners, and through its partnerships, sits at the center of the mining ecosystem with unparalleled relationships and access to intel. br> br> strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES br> br> /strong> ul> li>Support day-to-day cryptocurrency mining operations through hands-on execution of assigned tasks /li> li>Deploy and decommission mining equipment in data center environments, including racking, cabling, and basic configuration following established procedures /li> li>Perform routine operational checks and preventative maintenance on the active mining fleet /li> li>Complete basic repairs and component replacements, including fans, power supplies, cables, and other field-replaceable parts /li> li>Monitor equipment status and escalate performance issues or abnormalities to Senior or Lead Mining Technicians as appropriate /li> li>Assist with equipment movement, shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory organization in coordination with Operations and Inventory teams /li> li>Accurately document completed work, parts usage, and equipment status in designated tracking systems /li> li>Support general site and facility maintenance activities as required /li> li>Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site protocols at all times /li> li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment /li> li>Perform other duties as assigned in support of site operations br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: br> br> /strong> ul> li>High school diploma or equivalent /li> li>0-1 years of hands-on experience working with computer hardware, electronics, or technical equipment /li> li>Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and basic component replacements following established procedures /li> li>Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines /li> li>Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment /li> li>Basic computer skills and comfort using web-based systems for documentation /li> li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing, and reaching br> br> /li> /ul> strong>Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: br> br> /strong> ul> li>Prior experience in a data center, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment /li> li>Familiarity with cryptocurrency mining equipment, ASICs, GPUs, or similar hardware /li> li>Basic understanding of networking or cabling /li> li>Exposure to safety procedures in regulated work environments /li> li>Interest in developing technical skills and advancing within mining operations br> br> /li> /ul> strong>WHAT WE OFFER: br> br> /strong> ul> li>The chance to work in a fast-paced and fun start-up environment with experienced industry leaders /li> li>A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact /li> li>Competitive base salary, bonus and incentive compensation /li> li>Unlimited PTO / Flexible time off - work with your manager to take time off when you need it /li> li>Professional development budget with flexibility for personal and professional growth /li> li>Outstanding health insurance for employee, partner and dependents /li> li>Life insurance, short-term & long-term disability coverage /li> li>401K plan with company contribution /li> li>Flexible spending programs for medical and dependent care /li> li>Paid parental leave br> br> /li> /ul>Fortitude Mining takes pride in an environment that puts our team at the center.
