Job Responsibilities Support the reliability, availability, and performance of application systems Monitor systems and respond to incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime Assist in managing system changes, deployments, and release processes Help implement and maintain secure access controls and compliance practices Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of infrastructure and operations Work with engineering teams to improve system stability and operational efficiency Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and system fundamentals Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes (through projects or internships) Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI Strong problem-solving skills and interest in system reliability and automation
