About the role
Job Description: To set-up, start-up, troubleshoot and monitor molding machines against established quality specifications and SOP. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities Set-up injection molds and related equipment for sample runs and production runs. Monitor gauges, pressures, and temperatures on molding machines. Troubleshoot and correct problem processes. Monitor cycle times and part quality. Document and report mold and/or equipment related problems. Gather recycle materials and take to designated holding areas. Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping. Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks. All other duties as assigned. The TOOLS you'll bring with you: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of specified Molding Technician experience 2+ years of quality and/or troubleshooting experience in a Molding environment Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and electronics.
